On one hand, Potato Shark offers the customer a variety of menu that includes potato, pizza roll, and most importantly, healthy drinks. The company's vision is to excite Filipinos' taste buds with unique, delicious, and delightful drinks and potatoes at reasonable prices. Furthermore, the Potato Shark business aims to fulfill its mission of pleasing and satisfying customers by providing high-quality, tasty food and good service at a reasonable price. To consistently improve the customer experience by understanding the changing demands of the customers and to build long-term relationships with them.
Moving on to the innovation, Potato Shark provides customers with healthy menu options. Our shakes are made entirely of real fruit and contain no artificial flavors. The potato fries that we also offer are cooked in olive oil rather than vegetable oil because it is a much healthier alternative. Customers in the city of Antipolo, Rizal, are targeted by the Potato Shark business. The customer target's expected age ranges from sixteen (16) to twenty-five (25) years old (25). It is safe to say that our target customers of these ages can buy and afford food and services from our company. The foods and beverages available are appropriate for both adults and teenagers. Since the Potato Shark is a small food business, it does not have a retail storefront. The owners intend to make all deliveries via the internet. All product packaging and delivery will occur in Barangay San Jose, where the products will be manufactured.

The entrepreneurs will provide active customer service online to answer questions about our company's prices, location, and process. A member is in charge of updating the website and Facebook page. This practice will lead to the improvement of the business in order to be the best-selling potato business on the internet. To make the page more engaging, the company will use advertisements. We created videos about our products to persuade them to try them.

Aside from that, the company will focus on the target markets by creating eye-catching posters to promote the products. Members of the company will also contribute by making a personal pitch to their friends or neighbors.
Another way for the company to make the brand more appealing to customers is to show them hospitality and respect. Customers can be drawn in by using eye-catching graphics, useful information, and positive feedback. Customers will eventually follow the company's growth if it is supported by a positive customer experience.
In addition to our social responsibility, the finished and cooked product will be kept in a paper cup, box, and bag. Utensils like straws, spoons, and forks are also made of paper. It is our responsibility to continue to promote environmentally friendly and biodegradable packaging. The packaging will be secured to prevent leakage during delivery.
Potato Shark is a general partnership in which ownership and income are distributed equally among the partners. The company has assigned certain members of the group the titles of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Operating Officer for Finance, Chief Operating Officer for Production, and Chief Operating Officer for Marketing. The Finance Committee, Production Committee, and Marketing Committee will be divided into three groups as well. The company believes that by establishing these committees, the organization's effectiveness will be maximized. Not only will they be performing their assigned tasks, but they will also be assisting in the promotion of the product. Each person discussed and approved the tasks and roles that were assigned in order to fulfill the company's vision, mission, and goals.
